Rates & InsuranceAccepted Insurance Plans:
With Insurance: Depending on your benefit coverage, you will most likely only be responsible for a percentage of the session cost after you meet your deductible. If your insurance does not cover the full cost of the contracted rate you will be responsible for the remaining amount. We will help you to find out your benefits package before treatment begins. Without Insurance: 45 minute sessions are $100 60 minute sessions are $140 75 minute sessions are $170 90 minute sessions are $200 Comprehensive Clinical Assessments $150 Sliding Fee Rates: In certain financial circumstance, session fees will be based on eligibility determined through the application process. Fees will range from 25-50% off session prices based on family size and or financial needs. Payment: Cash and checks are preferred, credit cards are accepted. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of your appointment is required at least 24 hours, in advanced, unless there is a medical or family emergency. If cancellation within this time frame does not occur you will be required to pay the agreed upon $75.00 fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in discontinuation of therapy or the fee for missed appointments increasing to the full price of the session. |
