ABOUT
Jess is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC #17660) who works with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and concerns related to ADHD, mood regulation, and self-esteem. She supports clients experiencing stress, anger, depression, family or peer conflict, and patterns that feel difficult to change, including challenges related to separation, divorce, or major life adjustments.
Jess earned her graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a clinical focus on emotional regulation, coping skills, and relational patterns that influence behavior and well-being. Her experience includes supporting clients with obsessive-compulsive symptoms, self-harming behaviors, school-related stress, performance pressure, and challenges related to identity and women’s issues. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen boundaries, and develop skills that support healthier relationships and daily functioning.
Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and attachment-informed, emphasizing insight, emotional safety, and collaboration within the therapeutic relationship. Jess integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in managing distress, increasing psychological flexibility, and moving toward lives that feel more aligned, grounded, and authentic.
