ACCEPTED INSURANCE

Depending on your benefit coverage, you will most likely only be responsible for a percentage of the session cost after you meet your deductible. If your insurance does not cover the full cost of the contracted rate, you will be responsible for the remaining amount. We will help you find out your benefits before treatment begins.​

Without Insurance

45 minute sessions: $100

60 minute sessions: $150

75 minute sessions: $180

Comprehensive Clinical Assessments: $200

SLIDING FEE RATES

In certain financial circumstance, session fees will be based on eligibility determined through the application process. Fees will range from 25-50% off session prices based on family size and or financial needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of your appointment is required at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If cancellation within this time frame does not occur you will be required to pay for the entire cost of your session. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in discontinuation of therapy.
