A supportive, therapist-led group for women navigating ADHD. Each session blends connection, practical strategies, and gentle accountability in a safe, trauma-informed space. You’ll gain tools for focus, time, and energy management; nervous-system-friendly strategies (IFS-, somatic-, and mindfulness-informed); and the validation of a community that truly gets it. Open to women 18+, diagnosed or exploring ADHD. Led by Dr. Amelia Kelley.
Food, Eating, and Body Image Support Group
Weekly on Zoom • Tuesdays • 5:30–6:30pm ET
A supportive, therapist-led group for adults navigating body image concerns, disordered eating, eating habits, diet culture, or related challenges. Each session offers psychoeducation, practical strategies, and a safe space to connect and share without judgment. Open to adults 18+. Led by Ashley Broadwater, LCMHC-A, LCAS-A.
Substance Use Support Group
Weekly on Zoom • Wednesdays • 5:30–6:30pm ET
A supportive, therapist-led group for adults who want to change their relationship with substances, are experiencing addiction, or are navigating recovery. Each session offers psychoeducation, practical strategies, and a safe, compassionate space for connection and sharing. Open to adults 18+. Led by Ashley Broadwater, LCMHC-A, LCAS-A.

Women’s Life Transitions Support Group
Biweekly on Zoom • Mondays • 5:00–6:30pm, EST
A confidential, supportive space for women navigating life transitions with an emphasis on relationship health—redefining boundaries, healing from loss, managing family changes, or seeking deeper connection. Sessions combine reflection, skills, and community to build clarity and resilience. Open to women 18+.
