ABOUT
Callie Martell Podraza is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A #A17695) who earned her Master of Education in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University in 2020. Her clinical work is focused on supporting adults (18+) navigating ADHD, life transitions, identity development, stress, relationship challenges, and personal growth.
Callie approaches therapy as a collaborative, person-centered process, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing or change. She is especially passionate about working with adults with ADHD, helping clients better understand their nervous system, executive functioning patterns, and strengths while developing practical, sustainable strategies for daily life.
She integrates person-centered, narrative, and solution-focused therapies to support insight, clarity, and forward momentum. Her work emphasizes validation, self-understanding, and skill-building in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. Callie values authenticity, curiosity, and a strong therapeutic relationship, believing that feeling understood and supported is central to meaningful change. She offers complimentary 15-minute consultations to help determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
