ABOUT
Jasmine Billups, LCMHC, RPT is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults (18+) navigating a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns. She has experience supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), as well as those facing challenges related to addiction, eating disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Jasmine is particularly skilled in working with individuals with complex, co-occurring needs, helping them move toward greater stability and improved functioning.
Jasmine is trained in EMDR, as well as in the treatment of eating disorders and addiction. Prior to joining Kelley Counseling & Wellness, she worked in settings serving individuals with high-acuity mental health needs, providing comprehensive, client-centered care and support for long-term recovery and stability.
Jasmine is committed to a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy. She prioritizes creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools to manage symptoms and enhance overall well-being. Her work is grounded in helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change while honoring their individual experiences and goals.
