Deana Luciano MS, LCAS, LCMHCA
My name is Deana Luciano, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (A18574) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (28840) in the State of North Carolina. I earned my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019 from Walden University. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision at Walden University. I
specialize in working with adults that suffer from substance use disorder. However, I also work with clients that present with various mental health issues, including trauma, addiction, and interpersonal issues. I also enjoy working with couples and supporting their journey to connect and heal.
I utilize an eclectic approach incorporating techniques from DBT, CBT, and
Motivational Interviewing. With trust and the right guidance, I believe you can develop healthy beliefs about yourself and others, develop healthy relationships, and learn how to love yourself. My approach to therapy is
a collaborative process, which includes tailoring interventions to meet the client's needs. Together, we will work on developing coping skills to help you feel better and build confidence and resiliency for facing life challenges and stressors.
