My name is Jenica Webster, women's wellness therapy practitioner and abdominopelvic expert. After receiving my B.A. in Psychology from Meredith College in 1998, I began my journey into women's health, receiving certifications as a doula and childbirth educator in 2003. After taking some time to focus on my family, I continued my education by becoming a licensed massage and bodywork therapist (LMBT #16775), a certified health and life coach, and a women’s fitness specialist.
I have trained in multiple modalities including: facial reflex therapy, pregnancy massage, thermal therapy, pelvic pain relief, abdominal massage, aromatherapy, massage cupping, and corrective exercise. Incorporating my training and my interest in the unique anatomy and natural biorhythms of women, I have created nurturing, holistic bodywork and coaching plans focused on healing a woman's core, and supporting every dimension of her life – physical, emotional, mental, and social. I work with my clients to discover and release the physical patterns and mental habits that are holding them back, and keeping them stuck in a life of pain and dysfunction. I have truly found my passion creating feminine health programs, and helping woman of all ages and stages embrace wellness.
When not at work, I can be found loving on, homeschooling, and coordinating the activities of my 6 children. I love to read, create, explore, and dance around the house to Michael Jackson songs.
