I am Jessica Lazenby (she, her, hers). I received my Bachelor of Social Work, class of 2016, as well as my Master of Social Work, class of 2017, from North Carolina State University. Shortly after, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in 2019. I find great honor in assisting youth, adults, and families define a life worth living and work towards making it possible.
I have experience in treatment of challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, sexual identity, personality disorders, and substance use. I am trained in treatment interventions including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and 7 Challenges.
My goal is to provide person-centered treatment with a solutions-focused approach. I aim to incorporate psychoeducation and creativity into my practice. Outside of the office, I love quality family moments, playing musical instruments, and taking trips to new places.
